The sermon argues that the deep ethnic, religious, and political conflicts seen today—especially between Israel and surrounding nations—have ancient biblical roots in Genesis and the history of Jewish–Gentile division, shaped by Jewish exceptionalism and Gentile antagonism, yet Scripture teaches that God never intended humanity to remain in perpetual conflict; instead, Paul’s letter to the Ephesians presents Jesus Christ as God’s only solution, revealing His plan to reconcile Jews and Gentiles into one people through the gospel, a mystery now fully revealed in Christ, where ethnic, social, and religious distinctions no longer divide, and where the church itself becomes God’s primary agent of reconciliation and peace in a fractured world, far surpassing the efforts of politics, treaties, or military power.
