John Thomson preached Genesis 3. Our Advent Reading was from Isaiah 2:2-5. After failing, Adam sees God’s mercy and God’s means for salvation, abandons his own attempts to satisfy God’s wrath, and put faith in God’s way. This is seen in repentance and proclamation (Gen 1:20)
